Declan Rice Crosses on corner kicks and free-kicks were dangerous. Was given license to drift on the left only to be in an offside position as the pass came in shooting positions. Granted a deserved rest around the 60-minute point. 6/10

Jude Bellingham Played in an advanced position on the right while also contributed with dirty work. Demonstrated glimpses of brilliance and scuffed a shot high. Substituted towards the end for Rogers, his competition, following a yellow card. 7

The winger Was presented with the team's best chance of the first half, his effort well saved by the Albanian keeper. As a teammate holding position, he was forced to stretch the play out wide but his crosses from wide areas varied in quality. Taken off with 15 to go. Six

Harry Kane The decisive figure scoring two more finishes for his country. His first a typical poacher’s finish and the second a classy headed goal after peeling away from his marker. At 32, he’s only getting better and England are strong contenders in the upcoming tournament with him up top. 8/10

The attacker Found it tough to get into the game on the left flank. Was presented with a decent opportunity when set up by the midfielder yet Strakosha denied him. His replacement produced a bigger influence after coming on. Five
