Vince Zampella, renowned for co-creating the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has passed away in a vehicle crash in the state of California he was 55 years old.
Zampella's death was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio that he helped create.
